Which curtain heading type do I need?
3"taped also known as pencil pleat curtains, are suitable for tracks or poles with rings. Eyelet also known as ring top curtains are strictly suited to poles only.
What size curtains do I need?
For the width of your curtains you will need double the size of your window to allow for a nice gather. For the drop you will need to measure from where the curtains will start down to where you would like them to finish. We have a really easy to use guide on measuring up in our blog.
Will I get a pair of curtains or a single curtain?
Our curtains are sold in pairs, so you get two panels in each pack. The only exception to this is our single door curtain.
What size curtain pole or track do I need?
Your curtain pole or track should sit approximately 10cm above your window. For the width, where possible, have the pole or track approx 10cm wider than your window. This allows for maximum light filtration when the curtains are open and drawn back.
How do I know if you have stock?
If its on sale, we have it! On the rare occasion we have had a little blip we will contact you straight away!
You are not showing an option available for the size I want?
Don't worry, we have an option to alter the drop for you. Just add the custom made alteration to your basket and don't forget to drop us a note in the comments section at checkout please.
Do you offer a made to measure or alteration service?
Yes both! Our made to measure is available on voiles and nets. We have an alteration service on our curtains, where we can make to your custom drop, please note these are non returnable once altered, so be sure to get the measurements right!
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free, or you have the option of express next working day.

Do you take telephone orders?
We are working on it, we will have this feature very soon.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards via Stripe, Paypal, Apple pay and Clearpay .
Are my payment details safe?
Yes your payment details are safe, Stripe has a system that encrypts data to the highest level.
How will my personal details be used?
We will NOT pass your details onto any third party except for the purpose of delivery. You will have the choice when giving us your details whether to be added to our mailing list where we will send you an occasional email with special offers and new products which we think you might find interesting.
After I order
How will I know if my order has gone through?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
I would like to change or cancel my order.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make any changes to your order before it leaves us. You can do this by filling out the form on the contact us page.
Can I choose a different delivery address?
Yes, you will be given the opportunity during checkout to give us whichever delivery address you would like.
How long will it take for delivery?
You will usually get your delivery within 2-5 working days. We will send you an email when we have dispatched your order and aim to do this in a maximum of 3 working days. We use Royal Mail 1st class and Fedex courier service, in both cases you should receive your order within 2 working days of dispatch.
What if I’m not at home when the delivery arrives?
Royal Mail or Fedex will leave a card telling you that they’ve been and give instructions on how to arrange redelivery, or if you prefer, where you can collect your parcel from.
Can I track my parcel?
If you would like to receive tracking information and updates, please leave your mobile number when ordering. You’ll receive a text message with a delivery date and time slot on the day of delivery. The text will also give you options to change your delivery to another day.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns. We have a great 60 day money back guarantee on any unwanted items. So if you change your mind or it’s not quite right then just post it back and we’ll issue a full refund. The only exception to this is made to measure and nets/lace cut by the metre. This does not effect your statutory rights.
What should I do if the item I have received is faulty?
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item then we are extremely sorry and we would appreciate it if you could contact us, we will put things right as soon as possible. A full refund, exchange or replacement will be offered.
